Pricing
Per-candidate pricing, regional currencies, taxes, and how the price is computed at checkout.
Pricing
QualifyCode prices per candidate. The exact rate and currency depend on the workspace timezone set on the assessment, which is used to derive a region and currency for the gateway.
What is priced
| Item | Priced? |
|---|---|
| One candidate on the assessment | 1 credit |
| Wallet top-up | Configurable; the wallet holds credits, not currency |
| Re-inviting a candidate | No (same candidate) |
| Resending a reminder | No |
| AI variation generation | No |
| Re-running analysis on a completed report | No |
How the per-candidate price is computed
Pricing returns a regional price, currency, and tax for a given candidate count. The estimate is computed from the workspace's timezone and the current exchange rate.
You see the estimate in the wizard's Payment step before you submit, and the Buy Credits dialog before you top up the wallet.
Regional prices
Prices vary by region. Common regions include India (INR), the European Union (EUR), the United Kingdom (GBP), the United States (USD), Singapore (SGD), Australia (AUD), and Japan (JPY). The estimate returns the full breakdown — per-token price, subtotal, tax, and total — in the regional currency.
Why the timezone drives the price
Pricing is regional, not based on where the recruiter is sitting. The same workspace pays the same rate for the same assessment regardless of who launched it.
Taxes
The estimate includes a tax line with a label (for example GST, VAT, or Sales tax) and a tax rate. The exact label and rate are returned by pricing and reflect
the rules for the resolved region.
Currencies and exchange rates
When you top up the wallet from a non-native currency, the live exchange rate is fetched at the moment of purchase. The dashboard has a fallback rate table if the rate provider is unreachable, so a top-up never blocks on a third party.
