Reviewing results
Interpret integrity reports, replay the code and video, open the decision room, and produce a handoff pack for the next interviewer.
Reviewing results
After a candidate submits, QualifyCode analyzes their work and produces everything you need to make a confident hiring decision. This section explains how to read it.
Integrity report
The AI integrity and quality signals, with every score explained.
Video and code replay
Watch the recording and replay the candidate's code in sync with the timeline.
Decision Room
All evidence for one candidate in a single view.
Handoff Pack
An interview brief for the next round.
AI assists, you decide
The reports surface signals and a recommendation, but the final hiring decision is yours. Every AI signal is reviewable alongside the actual video and code, and the screening verdict is recorded separately from the model output.
How results are produced
Three independent streams feed the report:
| Stream | Captured by | Used for |
|---|---|---|
| Code telemetry | Candidate assessment engine | Keystroke evolution, paste and transcription detection |
| Run results | Code execution | Compile and run per problem |
| Video attention | Video audit service | Face presence, gaze, phone detection, note-taking |
The CETS analysis combines the code and run streams; the video audit runs in parallel; and the report is the single page that brings them together.
Where each view lives
| View | When to use |
|---|---|
| Candidate detail (on an assessment) | One attempt of one candidate, with the full report and the per-problem CETS breakdown. |
| Decision Room | All attempts and all evidence for one candidate across assessments. The single place to decide. |
| Handoff Pack | A printable, focused brief for the next interviewer: probes, limits, decision context. |
| Screening console | Every candidate across your assessments, with verdict filters, search, sort, and bulk actions. |
