Analytics
The Analytics section is where QualifyCode turns hiring activity into decisions. There are four views, each with a different question in mind.

Pipeline status, spend, and the at-a-glance view of your hiring activity.
Screening analytics
The screening funnel, ranking, quality, and skill matrix across all candidates.
Problems intel
Most-used problems, difficulty distribution, and tag frequency.
Roles intel
Per-role assessment and candidate breakdown.
The time-range selector
Most analytics views share a time-range selector with the presets 7d, 30d,
90d, and All time. The default is All time.
What "intel" views are
The Problems intel and Roles intel views are read-only summaries. They are useful for spotting skew — is one problem doing 80% of the work, or one role absorbing the candidates? — but they do not replace a deeper analysis. Use them as a starting point, then drill into a specific assessment or role.
