Dashboard
The at-a-glance view of your hiring activity: pipeline status, spend, activity feed, and recommendation and integrity distributions.
Dashboard
The Dashboard is the first thing you see when you sign in. It is an overview, not a deep analysis — its job is to answer "is everything moving, and where is my attention needed?"
Sections
| Section | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Pipeline funnel | Counts of assessments by status: DRAFT, AWAITING_PAYMENT, ACTIVE, COMPLETED, CANCELLED, PAYMENT_EXPIRED |
| Spend this month | Total spend in the regional currency, with assessment and candidate counts |
| Credits available | Current wallet balance |
| Active screens | Number of assessments currently ACTIVE |
| Activity feed | Recent events: candidates starting or completing, CETS finishing, invitations sent, assessments activated |
| Recommendations | Distribution of CETS recommendations across recent candidates |
| Integrity | Distribution of integrity concerns raised |
| Problems intel | Most-used problems, difficulty distribution, tag frequency |
| Roles intel | Per-role assessment and candidate breakdown |
Pipeline funnel
The funnel uses the same status colors as the assessment list. The current state of
the funnel is the right place to start a working day: anything in AWAITING_PAYMENT
needs attention, anything in PAYMENT_EXPIRED is recoverable, and ACTIVE counts
are how many screens you have running.
Activity feed
The activity feed surfaces the events that need a response: a candidate started, a CETS report completed, an invitation sent. Each event has a category color (success, info, warning, error), an icon, a relative timestamp, and a deep link to the related assessment.
Recommendations and integrity
Two charts sit side by side:
- Recommendations — the distribution of the six CETS buckets across your recent
candidates. A skew toward
NO_HIREis worth a look at the bar; a skew towardSTRONG_HIREis worth a look at the assessment design. - Integrity — the distribution of integrity concerns. A spike in
phone_detectedormultiple_facesover a window is a leading indicator worth investigating.
Time range
The selector at the top right controls the time window. The default is All time.
Useful presets are 30d for the last sprint, 90d for a quarter, and 7d for a
single week.
