Roles intel
Per-role assessment and candidate breakdown, with the candidate status split for each role.
Roles intel
The Roles intel view is a read-only summary of your assessments and candidates, grouped by role title. It is the right place to see which roles are absorbing your hiring effort and where the pipeline is healthy.
What it shows
| Section | What it is |
|---|---|
| Roles | One row per distinct role title |
| Assessments | The number of assessments tagged with that role |
| Candidates | The total number of candidates who took an assessment for that role |
| Status breakdown | A per-status split (sent, started, completed, expired) of the candidates |
| Assessments list | The specific assessments for that role, with their status and candidate count |
How to read it
- One role is doing most of the work. That is fine if the role is your focus. It is worth a look if the skew is accidental — for example, the same role title written differently across assessments.
- Many candidates, few completions. A wide gap between sent and completed means the assessment design or the invitation experience is losing candidates. Look at the per-assessment statuses to see where the drop-off happens.
- A role with a healthy funnel. The right pattern is steady counts across sent, started, and completed, with a small expired tail.
