Screening candidates
The screening console, pipeline stages, notes and tags, and recording your hiring verdict.
Screening candidates
Once you have reviewed a candidate's report, video, and code, it is time to act. The screening console helps you manage that decision across all your candidates.
The screening console
The console lists candidates across assessments. You can filter by verdict, search, filter by label, and sort by signal score, competence, cheat risk, assessment count, or name. Results come from the candidate service, which ingests CETS and video audit results so the AI signals and your human notes live in one place.
Pipeline stages
Every candidate moves through a verdict pipeline:
| Indicator | Stage | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| New | NEW | Not yet reviewed |
| Screening | SCREENING | In review |
| Clear | CLEAR | Passed screening |
| Review | REVIEW | Needs a second look |
| Reject | REJECT | Rejected |
The funnel of these stages is available as analytics, with advance and weed out rates.
Candidate hub
Each candidate is collected into a cross assessment directory. From the hub you can:
- Read the signal report, including integrity evidence and video audit aggregates.
- Add private notes.
- Add tags or labels.
- See the assessments the candidate took.
Recording a verdict
The screening console is where you record the human decision. You choose Clear Clear, send to Review review, or Reject reject, with an optional reason. The platform also shows an AI suggested verdict; when it differs from your recorded verdict, the UI calls that out so you can reconcile the two.
AI suggests, you decide
The integrity report gives a recommendation. The screening verdict is your recorded call, stored independently so your decision is always auditable and not blindly inherited from the model.
Analytics
The screening analytics view shows the funnel, advance and weed out rates, detection rate, review load, and signal averages. These help you understand trends across many screens, not just one candidate.
