Create your account
Getting started takes a minute. Your account determines your role and the workspace you belong to.
- Open the sign-in page and choose Sign up.
- Enter your work email (for example
[email protected]). - Verify your email and set a password, or continue with Google or Microsoft if your company uses single sign-on.
How workspaces are created
QualifyCode groups users by company using the domain of the email address. The first person to sign up from a given company domain becomes the admin of that company's workspace. Everyone else who signs up with the same domain joins as a recruiter.
In other words: if your company already uses QualifyCode, signing up with your company email adds you to that workspace as a recruiter. If you are the first, you become the admin.
What if I use a personal email?
QualifyCode expects a work email so the workspace model is meaningful. If you must sign up with a personal address, an admin can later transfer your account to the correct company workspace.
Your two roles
| Role | What you can do |
|---|---|
| Admin | Create and edit any assessment in the workspace, invite and manage team members, change roles, access billing and settings, and use the All / My scope toggle on the assessment list. |
| Recruiter | Create, edit, and delete your own assessments, and view your own candidates and results. You cannot see other recruiters' data, and you cannot manage the team. |
Admins can promote any recruiter to admin later from the Workspace page. The full capability matrix lives in Roles and permissions.
