Track progress
The Candidates view for an assessment shows the status of everyone you invited, so you always know where things stand.
Candidate statuses
| Indicator | Status | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Pending Invite | PENDING | Added but the invitation has not been sent yet |
| Invite sent | SENT | Invitation sent, candidate has not opened or started |
| In progress | STARTED | Candidate has begun the assessment |
| Completed | COMPLETED | Candidate finished, or the time expired and it auto submitted |
| Expired | EXPIRED | The schedule window closed before completion |
Sending reminders
For candidates who are Invite sent (or still pending), you can send a reminder email targeted at them. You can remind a single candidate from their row, or select several and use bulk reminder. The reminder re sends their private link.
Reminders are most useful near the close of your assessment window to nudge candidates who have not finished.
When results are ready
After a candidate submits, their assessment is analyzed. Once complete, their results appear in the candidate list and on their detail page, and you receive an in app notification. The results view lets you trigger analysis for candidates whose report is not yet ready and then poll until it completes.
Removing a candidate
You can remove a candidate from an assessment before they start. Once they have submitted, their results are kept for review.
